100:2喜びをもって主に仕えよ。歌いつつ、そのみ前にきたれ。100:2 Serve Yahweh with gladness. Come before his presence with singing.
100:3主こそ神であることを知れ。われらを造られたものは主であって、われらは主のものである。われらはその民、その牧の羊である。100:3 Know that Yahweh, he is God. It is he who has made us, and we are his. We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
100:4感謝しつつ、その門に入り、ほめたたえつつ、その大庭に入れ。主に感謝し、そのみ名をほめまつれ。100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name.
100:5主は恵みふかく、そのいつくしみはかぎりなく、そのまことはよろず代に及ぶからである。ダビデの歌100:5 For Yahweh is good. His loving kindness endures forever, his faithfulness to all generations.
101:1わたしはいつくしみと公義について歌います。主よ、わたしはあなたにむかって歌います。101:1 <<A Psalm by David.>> I will sing of loving kindness and justice. To you, Yahweh, I will sing praises.
101:2わたしは全き道に心をとめます。あなたはいつ、わたしに来られるでしょうか。わたしは直き心をもって、わが家のうちを歩みます。101:2 I will be careful to live a blameless life. When will you come to me? I will walk within my house with a blameless heart.
101:3わたしは目の前に卑しい事を置きません。わたしはそむく者の行いを憎みます。それはわたしに付きまといません。101:3 I will set no vile thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithless men. They will not cling to me.
101:4ひがんだ心はわたしを離れるでしょう。わたしは悪い事を知りません。101:4 A perverse heart will be far from me. I will have nothing to do with evil.
101:5ひそかに、その隣り人をそしる者をわたしは滅ぼします。高ぶる目と高慢な心の人を耐え忍ぶ事はできません。101:5 I will silence whoever secretly slanders his neighbor. I won't tolerate one who is haughty and conceited.
101:6わたしは国のうちの忠信な者に好意を寄せ、わたしと共に住まわせます。全き道を歩む者はわたしに仕えるでしょう。101:6 My eyes will be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me. He who walks in a perfect way, he will serve me.
101:7欺くことをする者はわが家のうちに住むことができません。偽りを言う者はわが目の前に立つことができません。101:7 He who practices deceit won't dwell within my house. He who speaks falsehood won't be established before my eyes.
101:8わたしは朝ごとに国の悪しき者をことごとく滅ぼし、不義を行う者をことごとく主の都から断ち除きます。苦しむ者が思いくずおれてその嘆きを主のみ前に注ぎ出すときの祈101:8 Morning by morning, I will destroy all the wicked of the land; to cut off all the workers of iniquity from Yahweh's city.
102:1主よ、わたしの祈をお聞きください。わたしの叫びをみ前に至らせてください。102:1 <<A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed and pours out his complaint before Yahweh.>> Hear my prayer, Yahweh! Let my cry come to you.
102:2わたしの悩みの日にみ顔を隠すことなく、あなたの耳をわたしに傾け、わが呼ばわる日に、すみやかにお答えください。102:2 Don't hide your face from me in the day of my distress. Turn your ear to me. Answer me quickly in the day when I call.
102:3わたしの日は煙のように消え、わたしの骨は炉のように燃えるからです。102:3 For my days consume away like smoke. My bones are burned as a torch.
102:4わたしの心は草のように撃たれて、しおれました。わたしはパンを食べることを忘れました。102:4 My heart is blighted like grass, and withered, for I forget to eat my bread.
102:5わが嘆きの声によってわたしの骨はわたしの肉に着きます。102:5 By reason of the voice of my groaning, my bones stick to my skin.
102:6わたしは荒野のはげたかのごとく、荒れた跡のふくろうのようです。102:6 I am like a pelican of the wilderness. I have become as an owl of the waste places.
102:7わたしは眠らずに屋根にひとりいるすずめのようです。102:7 I watch, and have become like a sparrow that is alone on the housetop.
102:8わたしの敵はひねもす、わたしをそしり、わたしをあざける者はわが名によってのろいます。102:8 My enemies reproach me all day. Those who are mad at me use my name as a curse.
102:9わたしは灰をパンのように食べ、わたしの飲み物に涙を交えました。102:9 For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mixed my drink with tears,
102:10これはあなたの憤りと怒りのゆえです。あなたはわたしをもたげて投げすてられました。102:10 Because of your indignation and your wrath, for you have taken me up, and thrown me away.
102:11わたしのよわいは夕暮の日影のようです。わたしは草のようにしおれました。102:11 My days are like a long shadow. I have withered like grass.
102:12しかし主よ、あなたはとこしえにみくらに座し、そのみ名はよろず代に及びます。102:12 But you, Yahweh, will remain forever; your renown endures to all generations.
102:13あなたは立ってシオンをあわれまれるでしょう。これはシオンを恵まれる時であり、定まった時が来たからです。102:13 You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for it is time to have pity on her. Yes, the set time has come.
102:14あなたのしもべはシオンの石をも喜び、そのちりをさえあわれむのです。102:14 For your servants take pleasure in her stones, and have pity on her dust.
102:15もろもろの国民は主のみ名を恐れ、地のもろもろの王はあなたの栄光を恐れるでしょう。102:15 So the nations will fear the name of Yahweh; all the kings of the earth your glory.
102:16主はシオンを築き、その栄光をもって現れ、102:16 For Yahweh has built up Zion. He has appeared in his glory.
102:17乏しい者の祈をかえりみ、彼らの願いをかろしめられないからです。102:17 He has responded to the prayer of the destitute, and has not despised their prayer.
102:18きたるべき代のために、この事を書きしるしましょう。そうすれば新しく造られる民は、主をほめたたえるでしょう。102:18 This will be written for the generation to come. A people which will be created will praise Yah.
102:19主はその聖なる高き所から見おろし、天から地を見られた。102:19 For he has looked down from the height of his sanctuary. From heaven, Yahweh saw the earth;
102:20これは捕われ人の嘆きを聞き、死に定められた者を解き放ち、102:20 to hear the groans of the prisoner; to free those who are condemned to death;
102:21人々がシオンで主のみ名をあらわし、エルサレムでその誉をあらわすためです。102:21 that men may declare the name of Yahweh in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
102:22その時もろもろの民、もろもろの国はともに集まって、主に仕えるでしょう。102:22 when the peoples are gathered together, the kingdoms, to serve Yahweh.
102:23主はわたしの力を中途でくじき、わたしのよわいを短くされました。102:23 He weakened my strength along the course. He shortened my days.
102:24わたしは言いました、「わが神よ、どうか、わたしのよわいの半ばでわたしを取り去らないでください。あなたのよわいはよろず代に及びます」と。102:24 I said, "My God, don't take me away in the midst of my days. Your years are throughout all generations.
102:25あなたはいにしえ、地の基をすえられました。天もまたあなたのみ手のわざです。102:25 Of old, you laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the work of your hands.

103:3主はあなたのすべての不義をゆるし、あなたのすべての病をいやし、103:3 who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases;
103:4あなたのいのちを墓からあがないいだし、いつくしみと、あわれみとをあなたにこうむらせ、103:4 who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies;
103:5あなたの生きながらえるかぎり、良き物をもってあなたを飽き足らせられる。こうしてあなたは若返って、わしのように新たになる。103:5 who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
103:6主はすべてしえたげられる者のために正義と公正とを行われる。103:6 Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed.
103:7主はおのれの道をモーセに知らせ、おのれのしわざをイスラエルの人々に知らせられた。103:7 He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the children of Israel.
103:8主はあわれみに富み、めぐみふかく、怒ること遅く、いつくしみ豊かでいらせられる。103:8 Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness.
103:9主は常に責めることをせず、また、とこしえに怒りをいだかれない。103:9 He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever.
103:10主はわれらの罪にしたがってわれらをあしらわず、われらの不義にしたがって報いられない。103:10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities.
103:11天が地よりも高いように、主がおのれを恐れる者に賜わるいつくしみは大きい、103:11 For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him.
103:12東が西から遠いように、主はわれらのとがをわれらから遠ざけられる。103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
103:13父がその子供をあわれむように、主はおのれを恐れる者をあわれまれる。103:13 Like a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him.
103:14主はわれらの造られたさまを知り、われらのちりであることを覚えていられるからである。103:14 For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust.
103:15人は、そのよわいは草のごとく、その栄えは野の花にひとしい。103:15 As for man, his days are like grass. As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
103:16風がその上を過ぎると、うせて跡なく、その場所にきいても、もはやそれを知らない。103:16 For the wind passes over it, and it is gone. Its place remembers it no more.
103:17しかし主のいつくしみは、とこしえからとこしえまで、主を恐れる者の上にあり、その義は子らの子に及び、103:17 But Yahweh's loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, his righteousness to children's children;
103:18その契約を守り、その命令を心にとめて行う者にまで及ぶ。103:18 to those who keep his covenant, to those who remember to obey his precepts.
103:19主はその玉座を天に堅くすえられ、そのまつりごとはすべての物を統べ治める。103:19 Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all.
103:20主の使たちよ、そのみ言葉の声を聞いて、これを行う勇士たちよ、主をほめまつれ。103:20 Praise Yahweh, you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, obeying the voice of his word.
103:21そのすべての万軍よ、そのみこころを行うしもべたちよ、主をほめよ。103:21 Praise Yahweh, all you armies of his, you servants of his, who do his pleasure.
103:22主が造られたすべての物よ、そのまつりごとの下にあるすべての所で、主をほめよ。わがたましいよ、主をほめよ。103:22 Praise Yahweh, all you works of his, in all places of his dominion. Praise Yahweh, my soul!
104:1わがたましいよ、主をほめよ。わが神、主よ、あなたはいとも大いにして誉と威厳とを着、104:1 Bless Yahweh, my soul. Yahweh, my God, you are very great. You are clothed with honor and majesty.
104:2光を衣のようにまとい、天を幕のように張り、104:2 He covers himself with light as with a garment. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain.
104:3水の上におのが高殿のうつばりをおき、雲をおのれのいくさ車とし、風の翼に乗りあるき、104:3 He lays the beams of his rooms in the waters. He makes the clouds his chariot. He walks on the wings of the wind.
104:4風をおのれの使者とし、火と炎をおのれのしもべとされる。104:4 He makes his messengers {or, angels} winds; his servants flames of fire.
104:5あなたは地をその基の上にすえて、とこしえに動くことのないようにされた。104:5 He laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved forever.
104:6あなたはこれを衣でおおうように大水でおおわれた。水はたたえて山々の上を越えた。104:6 You covered it with the deep as with a cloak. The waters stood above the mountains.
104:7あなたのとがめによって水は退き、あなたの雷の声によって水は逃げ去った。104:7 At your rebuke they fled. At the voice of your thunder they hurried away.

104:14あなたは家畜のために草をはえさせ、また人のためにその栽培する植物を与えて、地から食物を出させられる。104:14 He causes the grass to grow for the livestock, and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food out of the earth:
104:15すなわち人の心を喜ばすぶどう酒、その顔をつややかにする油、人の心を強くするパンなどである。104:15 wine that makes glad the heart of man, oil to make his face to shine, and bread that strengthens man's heart.
104:16主の木と、主がお植えになったレバノンの香柏とは豊かに潤され、104:16 Yahweh's trees are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon, which he has planted;
104:17鳥はその中に巣をつくり、こうのとりはもみの木をそのすまいとする。104:17 where the birds make their nests. The stork makes its home in the fir trees.
104:18高き山はやぎのすまい、岩は岩だぬきの隠れる所である。104:18 The high mountains are for the wild goats. The rocks are a refuge for the rock badgers.
104:19あなたは月を造って季節を定められた。日はその入る時を知っている。104:19 He appointed the moon for seasons. The sun knows when to set.
104:20あなたは暗やみを造って夜とされた。その時、林の獣は皆忍び出る。104:20 You make darkness, and it is night, in which all the animals of the forest prowl.
104:21若きししはほえてえさを求め、神に食物を求める。104:21 The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from God.
104:22日が出ると退いて、その穴に寝る。104:22 The sun rises, and they steal away, and lay down in their dens.
104:23人は出てわざにつき、その勤労は夕べに及ぶ。104:23 Man goes forth to his work, to his labor until the evening.
104:24主よ、あなたのみわざはいかに多いことであろう。あなたはこれらをみな知恵をもって造られた。地はあなたの造られたもので満ちている。104:24 Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom have you made them all. The earth is full of your riches.
104:25かしこに大いなる広い海がある。その中に無数のもの、大小の生き物が満ちている。104:25 There is the sea, great and wide, in which are innumerable living things, both small and large animals.
104:26そこに舟が走り、あなたが造られたレビヤタンはその中に戯れる。104:26 There the ships go, and leviathan, whom you formed to play there.
104:27彼らは皆あなたが時にしたがって食物をお与えになるのを期待している。104:27 These all wait for you, that you may give them their food in due season.

105:2主にむかって歌え、主をほめうたえ、そのすべてのくすしきみわざを語れ。105:2 Sing to him, sing praises to him! Tell of all his marvelous works.
105:3その聖なるみ名を誇れ。主を尋ね求める者の心を喜ばせよ。105:3 Glory in his holy name. Let the heart of those who seek Yahweh rejoice.
105:4主とそのみ力とを求めよ、つねにそのみ顔を尋ねよ。105:4 Seek Yahweh and his strength. Seek his face forever more.
105:05:00105:5 Remember his marvelous works that he has done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,
105:6そのしもべアブラハムの子孫よ、その選ばれた者であるヤコブの子らよ、主のなされたくすしきみわざと、その奇跡と、そのみ口のさばきとを心にとめよ。105:6 you seed of Abraham, his servant, you children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
105:7彼はわれらの神、主でいらせられる。そのさばきは全地にある。105:7 He is Yahweh, our God. His judgments are in all the earth.
105:8主はとこしえに、その契約をみこころにとめられる。これはよろず代に命じられたみ言葉であって、105:8 He has remembered his covenant forever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations,
105:9アブラハムと結ばれた契約、イサクに誓われた約束である。105:9 the covenant which he made with Abraham, his oath to Isaac,

105:44主はもろもろの国びとの地を彼らに与えられたので、彼らはもろもろの民の勤労の実を自分のものとした。105:44 He gave them the lands of the nations. They took the labor of the peoples in possession,

106:1主をほめたたえよ。主に感謝せよ、主は恵みふかく、そのいつくしみはとこしえに絶えることがない。106:1 Praise Yahweh! Give thanks to Yahweh, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.
106:2だれが主の大能のみわざを語り、その誉をことごとく言いあらわすことができようか。106:2 Who can utter the mighty acts of Yahweh, or fully declare all his praise?
106:3公正を守る人々、常に正義を行う人はさいわいである。106:3 Blessed are those who keep justice. Blessed is one who does what is right at all times.
106:4主よ、あなたがその民を恵まれるとき、わたしを覚えてください。あなたが彼らを救われるとき、わたしを助けてください。106:4 Remember me, Yahweh, with the favor that you show to your people. Visit me with your salvation,
106:5そうすれば、わたしはあなたの選ばれた者の繁栄を見、あなたの国民の喜びをよろこび、あなたの嗣業と共に誇ることができるでしょう。106:5 that I may see the prosperity of your chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance.
106:6われらは先祖たちと同じく罪を犯した。われらは不義をなし、悪しきことを行った。106:6 We have sinned with our fathers. We have committed iniquity. We have done wickedly.
106:7われらの先祖たちはエジプトにいたとき、あなたのくすしきみわざに心を留めず、あなたのいつくしみの豊かなのを思わず、紅海で、いと高き神にそむいた。106:7 Our fathers didn't understand your wonders in Egypt. They didn't remember the multitude of your loving kindnesses, but were rebellious at the sea, even at the Red Sea {or, Sea of Reeds}.
106:8けれども主はその大能を知らせようと、み名のために彼らを救われた。106:8 Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake, that he might make his mighty power known.
106:9主は紅海をしかって、それをかわかし、彼らを導いて荒野を行くように、淵を通らせられた。106:9 He rebuked the Red Sea {or, Sea of Reeds} also, and it was dried up; so he led them through the depths, as through a desert.
106:10こうして主は彼らをあだの手から救い、敵の力からあがなわれた。106:10 He saved them from the hand of him who hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.
106:11水が彼らのあだをおおったので、そのうち、ひとりも生き残った者はなかった。106:11 The waters covered their adversaries. There was not one of them left.
106:12このとき彼らはそのみ言葉を信じ、その誉を歌った。106:12 Then they believed his words. They sang his praise.
106:13しかし彼らはまもなくそのみわざを忘れ、その勧めを待たず、106:13 They soon forgot his works. They didn't wait for his counsel,
106:14野でわがままな欲望を起し、荒野で神を試みた。106:14 but gave in to craving in the desert, and tested God in the wasteland.
106:15主は彼らにその求めるものを与えられたが、彼らのうちに病気を送って、やせ衰えさせられた。106:15 He gave them their request, but sent leanness into their soul.
106:16人々が宿営のうちでモーセをねたみ、主の聖者アロンをねたんだとき、106:16 They envied Moses also in the camp, and Aaron, Yahweh's saint.
106:17地が開けてダタンを飲み、アビラムの仲間をおおった。106:17 The earth opened and swallowed up Dathan, and covered the company of Abiram.
106:18火はまたこの仲間のうちに燃え起り、炎は悪しき者を焼きつくした。106:18 A fire was kindled in their company. The flame burned up the wicked.
106:19彼らはホレブで子牛を造り、鋳物の像を拝んだ。106:19 They made a calf in Horeb, and worshiped a molten image.
106:20彼らは神の栄光を草を食う牛の像と取り替えた。106:20 Thus they exchanged their glory for an image of a bull that eats grass.
106:21:00106:21 They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt,
106:22彼らは、エジプトで大いなる事をなし、ハムの地でくすしきみわざをなし、紅海のほとりで恐るべき事をなされた救主なる神を忘れた。106:22 Wondrous works in the land of Ham, and awesome things by the Red Sea {or, Sea of Reeds}.
106:23それゆえ、主は彼らを滅ぼそうと言われた。しかし主のお選びになったモーセは破れ口で主のみ前に立ち、み怒りを引きかえして、滅びを免れさせた。106:23 Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had Moses, his chosen, not stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, so that he wouldn't destroy them.
106:24彼らは麗しい地を侮り、主の約束を信ぜず、106:24 Yes, they despised the pleasant land. They didn't believe his word,
106:25またその天幕でつぶやき、主のみ声に聞き従わなかった。106:25 but murmured in their tents, and didn't listen to Yahweh's voice.
106:26それゆえ、主はみ手をあげて、彼らに誓い、彼らを荒野で倒れさせ、106:26 Therefore he swore to them that he would overthrow them in the wilderness,
106:27またその子孫を、もろもろの国民のうちに追い散らし、もろもろの地に彼らをまき散らそうとされた。106:27 that he would overthrow their seed among the nations, and scatter them in the lands.
106:28また彼らはペオルのバアルを慕って、死んだ者にささげた、いけにえを食べた。106:28 They joined themselves also to Baal Peor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.
106:29彼らはそのおこないをもって主を怒らせたので、彼らのうちに疫病が起った。106:29 Thus they provoked him to anger with their deeds. The plague broke in on them.
106:30その時ピネハスが立って仲裁にはいったので、疫病はやんだ。106:30 Then Phinehas stood up, and executed judgment, so the plague was stopped.
106:31これによってピネハスはよろず代まで、とこしえに義とされた。106:31 That was credited to him for righteousness, for all generations to come.
106:32彼らはまたメリバの水のほとりで主を怒らせたので、モーセは彼らのために災にあった。106:32 They angered him also at the waters of Meribah, so that Moses was troubled for their sakes;
106:33これは彼らが神の霊にそむいたとき、彼がそのくちびるで軽率なことを言ったからである。106:33 because they were rebellious against his spirit, he spoke rashly with his lips.
106:34彼らは主が命じられたもろもろの民を滅ぼさず、106:34 They didn't destroy the peoples, as Yahweh commanded them,
106:35かえってもろもろの国民とまじってそのわざにならい、106:35 but mixed themselves with the nations, and learned their works.
106:36自分たちのわなとなった偶像に仕えた。106:36 They served their idols, which became a snare to them.
106:37彼らはそのむすこ、娘たちを悪霊にささげ、106:37 Yes, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons.
106:38罪のない血、すなわちカナンの偶像にささげたそのむすこ、娘たちの血を流した。こうして国は血で汚された。106:38 They shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan. The land was polluted with blood.
106:39このように彼らはそのわざによっておのれを汚し、そのおこないによって姦淫をなした。106:39 Thus were they defiled with their works, and prostituted themselves in their deeds.
106:40それゆえ、主の怒りがその民にむかって燃え、その嗣業を憎んで、106:40 Therefore Yahweh burned with anger against his people. He abhorred his inheritance.
106:41彼らをもろもろの国民の手にわたされた。彼らはおのれを憎む者に治められ、106:41 He gave them into the hand of the nations. Those who hated them ruled over them.
106:42その敵にしえたげられ、その力の下に征服された。106:42 Their enemies also oppressed them. They were brought into subjection under their hand.
106:43主はしばしば彼らを助けられたが、彼らははかりごとを設けてそむき、その不義によって低くされた。106:43 Many times he delivered them, but they were rebellious in their counsel, and were brought low in their iniquity.
106:44それにもかかわらず、主は彼らの叫びを聞かれたとき、その悩みをかえりみ、106:44 Nevertheless he regarded their distress, when he heard their cry.
106:45その契約を彼らのために思い出し、そのいつくしみの豊かなるにより、みこころを変えられ、106:45 He remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.
106:46彼らをとりこにした者どもによって、あわれまれるようにされた。106:46 He made them also to be pitied by all those who carried them captive.
106:47われらの神、主よ、われらを救って、もろもろの国民のなかから集めてください。われらはあなたの聖なるみ名に感謝し、あなたの誉を誇るでしょう。106:47 Save us, Yahweh, our God, gather us from among the nations, to give thanks to your holy name, to triumph in your praise!
106:48イスラエルの神、主はとこしえからとこしえまでほむべきかな。すべての民は「アァメン」ととなえよ。主をほめたたえよ。106:48 Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting! Let all the people say, "Amen." Praise Yah!
